lPresentation Overview:

As visual and AI technologies mature, issues previously discussed only in academia, such as Haptics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI/HMD/HRI), and Extended Reality (XR/AR/MR), are gradually entering industrial and practical applications, integrating into the realm of the metaverse. Companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Meta are deeply understanding and envisioning the core and extension of the metaverse, bringing new opportunities for innovation and development to related industries. This lecture explores the emergence of the metaverse from the perspective of human evolution and development. It delves into several core technologies, including Haptics, XR, and immersive human-machine interaction, to introduce and anticipate current and future academic and industrial applications in complex scenarios.
